Critical points take from that .....


1. Push to seed top 32, won't be completely smooth but goes a long way to reduce the chance for some of the higher seeds (1 through 8) from getting stuck with a very good team (say 18 to 20 rated team) when they should be playing someone 30th or so as the #2 seed in the region.
2. Teams like VT and FSU will likely have solidified their regional/superregional status prior to ACCT.
3. VT seems to have very good numbers for the criteria discussed.
